Dear Friends !
I am surprised to know that the socio-economic status of Bihar before or just after Independence was quite good, it was in top five states among other states of India. But what happend after independence ! Year by year there has been deterioration in the economic and social status of Bihar, now the condition is so bad that nobody wants to relate oneself with name 'Bihar ........ 'Bihari...........' but why.
Le us find out what went wrong with Bihar despite of rapid progress in other states of India :-
a) There has been politics by Central Government and everytime Bihar has been neglected by Central Govt. of India.
b) All the chief ministers and their ministers since independence took advantage of kind hearted and innocent people of Bihar by spreading hatread between casts, community, religion, forward and backward class for getting votes of a majority.
c) Netas has created rift between Hindu-Muslims, Forward class-Backward class.
d) Netas from Delhi to Patna have been giving slogans for promote Hindi Language in the Government and private offices because they were unable to speak in other languages except Bahari Languages and some broken Hindi.
e) There has been mass muders after independence by the politics of netas officially and unofficially on the basis of castes, community, religion, backward classes and forward classes.
f) Becasue of political games and lack of interests for development there has been floods and drought year by year since independence there no proper arrangement has been made so far again there will be flood in Bihar in the coming year, it feels that either netas does not know how to control or make arrangment to escape foods or knowingly they are doing this understanding that if people of Bihar will remain poor then they will look up to Netas to sort out the problem and netas will throw a piece of bread to needy people as man throws a piece of bread to gogs thinking that they will come again and next time also our seat is reserved for State assembly or Parliament
g) Because of above all there has been less attention on the development of State and its People.
h) Netas have made fight between all the section of society.
i) 98 % People of Bihar are educated in Hindi medium even at colledge level so they can not get good jobs in other parts of India, as they can not communicate in English, they can not go abroad for employment or for other profession.
j) There has been no flow of money into Bihar from outside either by its own people leaving outside the state or country and by other agencies.
k) There has been poor collection of taxes as who has got bussiness to pay taxes so that Govt. can collect it andrun the system.
There are many other reasons but due to lack of time , i can not give on all the information this time , see you next time.
But Who are responsible ?
Only Bihari Netas at state level and at Delhi Level..... no body else....... so what to do ?
Can we file cases against all the chief ministers of Bihar since independece and try in the court of laws ?
Is it possible to find faults and take the cases to the supreme court ? and if possible put them into jail for rest of life for doing all the above crimes against people of Bihar.
