Is Indian Constitution a replica of Foreign Religions ?

What is constitution ? Constitution means laws of land.

Everyone knows that laws are made and based on the experiences, customs, traditions, Values, ethics, Belief, limitations of religion and society of the land. It is collection of all these words and imposed by authority.

It is understood that Indian constitution is written and based on the various acts, laws, rules and regulations from the constitutions of various countries mainly, U.S.A., U.K., Switzeland, Australia, Canada.

American, British, Canadian, Australian, Swiss constitutions are written and based on the experiences, Faith, Religion, social customs, tradition, Belief, values…….which were existing and being practiced at that time keeping in mind their religions (Christianity…..) which has been center point of human life of that land.

But When the Indian constitution was being written every espect of foreign experiences, Faith, Religion, social customs, tradition, Belief, values…….were kept in mind and members were also with foreign educational background and foreiners indirectly, no social reformer, no religious reformer and master of local laws practices were taken for this job that is why it is made and based on foreign experiences, Faith, Religion, social customs, tradition, Belief, value……. Or borrowed from them. For Examples

At birth : We need to register with local authority the name of our child and get the certificate, the practice was never before when Hindu kingdom was existing in India, people were going to Temple and make a ‘Kundali’ or ‘Janam Patri’ with their respective ‘Pandit’ which was acceptable everywhere in the society and the Government at that time, but today that is not acceptable by Government and the constitution ! Because our constitution is based on foreign……………. and their social system we have accepted and practicing ! Is it not modelled on foreign practices ?

At Marriage : Marriage (Vivah) is also borrowed from foreign land, it has tobe registered otherwise it is not acknowledgeable by the Government and the Constitution, now no need to match the ‘Janam Patri’ or ‘Kundali’, no need to see the suitability (Yog), you go to registar office and pay him Rs.100 or whatever is the fees, he will register your marriage and you become ‘Pati & Patni’ (Husband & Wife). Here also u need to get certificate and this certificate is really very valuable without that you can not prove that u r married even you are really married and having married life since decades. To get the marital benefits of government and other institutions of our country, u need to show the marriage proof ‘ Marriage Certificate’, even your marriage in Temples or even 100 people will witness your marriage is not accepted until unless u register with local government body and get the certificate. If you have child then also to register his birth that u need to show the marriage certificate as proof of that you the father and the mother. Is it not modelled on foreign practices ?

At Death : After death everything is over in the human life, he is treated like he was never a human being existing, now a days people feels easy to put dead body into electrical ‘Pachathi’ and with one push of button his dead body get vanished and then another dead body on the same ‘Pachathi’ is ready tobe put on to get vanished. In Hindu custom, it is tobe borne with wood sticks, timber and logs of a particular species and some rituals and customs are followed before creamating the person so that his soul rest in Haven. But now if you have not taken ceritificate from ‘registered places of Cremation Ground’ you can not proof the death of a human being. Even some peole witness also that the person is dead that is not valid in the eyes of of constitution and u know to get death certificate how much exercise a person has to do in the municipalties. Is it not modelled on foreign practices ?

As our constituition is borrowed from foreign land, This is changing our life style and point of view, it also does not believe our Hindu tradition, religion, faith, belief, values, it also does not believe our religious granth, purans, Veds, kabyas, to prove that Ram was existing, we have to call GOD Rama from Haven ……………. Then only our constitution will believe.
