Solutions of all problems of Bihar : State with special Category status
Author : Rajesh k. Pathak mba mpm pgdlllw pgdexim Monday, October 19, 2009
Demand of ‘special category status to Bihar’ by Chief Minister Mr.Nitish Kumar is not farce or dream or madness but it is need and reality of present time. Bihar must get that at any cost. It is essential for the state to cope up inhouse enemies created by foreign countries to destabilize the country through Bihar or Natural Calamities created by its bordering country in form of flood due to negligence and inefficiency in foreign relations of central Government which always fails with its neibours to stop all the atrocities and torture Bihar has to face every year.

Due to Floods, hundred of thousands of people migrate from Bihar to other states for their livelihood leaving their families, hundred of thousands of acres of fertile cultivable lands become unfertile due to erosion and residues flood brings with it.
If there is no flood from outside the state, Bihar can achieve development within five years without support of outside World as Bihari lands are very fertile can feed half of the total states of India.Central Government never cares for that, even they do not request or co-ordinate or assist to manage Water dams created in Nepal so that at least floods can be stopped and Bihari Farmers can cultivate their fertile land and become prosperous.

Bihar is never flooded to death with rain water. It is the outside water which enters in Bihar and lives of Bihari becomes lifeless and then hundred of dieses born out of water and once water slids down the chemical or residues which are brought by flood create havoc on public lives in rural or urban areas. Who are responsible for all these crimes committed against Biharis ? Definitely central Government as while budgeting Center will overlook need of Bihar every time as mostly Bihari Leaders are not so knowledgeable or educated or greedy or depended on leaderships at center so they do not raise their voices.

Naxalites which are supported by Foreign Aids in Bihar is due to illiteracy, poverty, and sick mindedness of people which has again created due to stoppage of income or stagnation of economy or deterioration of economy of Bihar, which these are given birth or created knowingly or unknowingly by center. A child goes to school to educate himself, keeping in mind that with these education degrees,  he/she buys his/her future of income, later he/she realizes that he/she can not be sound and his future will be dark as it is at present situation, there will not be any employment or job or income opportunity then he starts thinking the means of making both hands meet and then he feels snatching, stealing, dacoitis, Getting Rangdaris by becoming Naxalites, becoming mercenaries, or doing some illegal activities by which he could get some money for him or for his family for their survival.

Bihar is neibouring state to Nepal and there is social and cultural relation between Biharis and Nepalis. They get married with each other; they go or come for various professional practices or business. Thousands of Biharis and Nepalis cross borders every day. Now a days, Nepal is become center point for ISI and Chinese Intelligence agencies and they have established their feet and they operate against India from there via Bihar. To curb all the activities against Bihar or India, Biharis must be uplifted by various aids, loans, development programmes, Subsidies so that their social and economic status become at par with other Indian staying in other states and ultimately will not migrate to other states for employment and get torture by various atrocities caused by some goons on the name of political parties or regionalism.

Center must support Bihar in its Industrial developmental programmes by giving special catagoy status so that a number of developmental programmes can be initiated or introduced e.g. putting up various manufacturing, trading centers/plants, Proper road networks and electricity should reach to all the small villages, and towns.  Ultimately Biharis must be given 100% employment in industrial plants put up in Bihar so that they should not migrate leaving their families behind.

There are numerous developmental activities which can be created after Special catagoy status is give to Bihar. People of Bihar can upgrade their living standard and by this means all the problems of state will be wiped out.

Just months ago, Mr.Ramvilas Paswan reacted sharply on the demand of Nitish Kumar that special status to Bihar is farce instead he should have appreciated instead rather than criticizing the demand if he would have supported the cause, but he again fell prey to petty political gains.

All the political parties at regional or state or central level must support and fight for the cause of getting Bihar a special status so that as a whole, Bihar can be on the path of prosperity and development.
